The Artist Farm provides artist management based on a simple principle: Management shouldn’t be ambiguous.
It is often assumed in the industry that every artist is different and therefore the business of growing the career is unique. While there is some truth in this statement we feel that like all businesses there are fundamentals that can be defined, put into systems, tested, analyzed and improved. With systems in place for an artist business it allows the manager to focus on the aspects of each career (artist business) that truly are unique. Systems allow the manager (hired as CEO) to put energy into big career moves while having no fear that there is a tight engine of progress (systems) propelling the career at all times.
